I love to help folks out with their future home purchase and educate them about the home they will most likely spend a great deal of time and money in over the next few years to possibly the rest of their lives. It amazes me how some people will spend maybe 20 minutes looking at a house and then decide to buy it and want to skip out on getting it inspected or else they want to find the cheapest priced inspector to inspect it to save a few bucks. To me that is like buying a car on eBay just from the pictures and having it delivered to your house and crossing your fingers that its going to be OK but on a much larger scale. Most folks know how important a home inspection is though so enough about that. I also have my pest control license and do general pest services and termite treatments as well as termite inspections.
